ARC Uganda Program is looking for competent, qualified, self-driven and committed individuals to be part of and contribute to accomplishing our ambitious and exciting 2019/2020 programming – in the positions below:

PRIMARY PURPOSE Position: Senior Supply Chain and Administration Coordinator | Uganda.

Reports to: Country Director
Location: ARC Kampala Office

Job summary: Based in Kampala and a member of the Country Leadership Team, the Senior Supply Chain and Administration Coordinator is the key Supply Chain focal point for all program support to all field sites in Uganda. In addition, this position will oversee the operations in South Sudan programs (Remote management with up to 25% presence in South Sudan). S/he supervises national support staff in Kampala and Juba.

The Senior Supply Chain and Administration Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing procurement, logistics, fleet and transportation, in Uganda and South Sudan. This also includes management of supplier and vendor contracts, procurement and contractors’ database, tendering process, contracting, tracking payments, assets management, communication equipment, fleet management and travel coordination and management of ARC premises.
