INTEGRITY COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Main job responsibilities:
The job holder is to support the Compliance Officer of TEPUG (CO) to implement, report and animate the Group Policy and activities on Anti-Corruption and Compliance Program (hereafter the “Program”)
In accordance with existing laws and internal policies and procedures, the Integrity Compliance Manager will support the CO of TEPUG to organize and implement the various actions necessary to the deployment of the Program within TEPUG Subsidiary Amongst others, He/ She will be responsible for the following:
supporting the performing and reporting activities required of Compliance Officers and to the Fraud Risk Coordinators in accordance with the directives, “métier procedures” or recommendations, including the due diligence tasks that are required therein;
In coordination with the COs or Affiliate’s HR Division, promoting training tools (including e-learning) and raising-awareness and training actions to the staff required by the Program, and monitoring performance indicators giving the participation levels within the TEPUG and associated projects (EACOP and IPG) in cooperation with dedicated COs.
Supporting, monitoring and reporting (e-register tool and dedicated share points) of the TEPUG actions to determine whether the local Program , the directive and norms are being followed properly;
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences or any other related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Law or background in Contracts & Procurement is an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry with good understanding of Oil & Gas Operations.
Clear understanding of international conventions and regulations on anti-bribery and corruption rules.
Prior experience in Compliance is an added advantage.
Ability to work with autonomy and under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle cross functional relationships.
Good team player.
Excellent numeracy ,analytical, communication and organizational skills.
