: Branch Manager
: Manage branch customer experience while identifying and
responding promptly to customers’ needs, ensuring a constant high level of service and taking into consideration Centenary Bank policy and procedures

Key Result Areas:
1. Monitor CRM and ensure closure of all customer requests and complaints or queries
2. Migrate customers to digital platforms (Capture applications for cente mobile, visa applications
3. Attend to customer inquiries e.g balance, complaints, compliment and capture in respective bank
4. Efficiently attend to customer’s requests whilst proactively cross sell appropriate products and
5. Welcome, attend to customers and guide them to the appropriate Relationship officer/Business
6. Submit weekly service reports to management
7. Drive customer service initiatives in the branch
8. Manage stationery for utilization in the banking hall
Education and Professional Qualifications:
Honour’s Bachelor’s degree
