Company Description

The Public Service Commission is serviced by a Secretariat headed by the Secretary, Public Service Commission who is at the level of Permanent Secretary.  He is deputized by the Deputy Secretary, Public Service Commission. The Commission is organized on the basis of three Departments namely:- Guidance and Monitoring headed by a Deputy Secretary, Selection Systems (SSD) headed by a Commissioner and Finance and Administration headed by an Under Secretary.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Administration Officer   will be responsible to the Senior Administrative Manager for performing the following duties: –

  • Ensuring safe custody of Government property;
  • Ensuring maintenance of Government premises;
  • Monitoring installation and usage of utilities including water and electricity;
  • Arranging management meetings, taking minutes during the meetings and ensuring their distribution;
  • Making preparations for the Tribunal functions;
  • Managing transport fleet of the Tribunal;
  • Supervising personnel under administrative support;
  • Any other duties as or may be assigned from time to time.
